Ever listen to talk radio and you hear the unmistakable sound of Microsoft Outlook delivering new mail?  Or Windows crapping out an error?

I call that "Plink"

It seems like radio studios have Windows based PCs running, and are either jacked directly into the sound board or have their speakers cranked up.

I listen to talk radio at work all day.  I've heard it about 7 times already.
